Baked Squash
Baked Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium yellow squash, sliced, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, cracker crumbs and 2 tbsp. melted oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Simmer squash in salted water until tender; drain.
Place squash and cream cheese in casserole.
Mash cheese and squash together; add garlic salt.
Mix well.
Top with cracker crumbs and melted oleo.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
