Baked Squash
Baked Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. yellow squash, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. sugar (optional) and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wash and cut up squash; boil until tender.
Drain thoroughly and mash.
Add all ingredients, except 1/4 cup margarine and bread crumbs.
Pour mixture in baking dish.
Melt 1/4 cup margarine and pour over mixture.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour or until brown on top only.
