Baked Squash
Baked Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 yellow squash, 1/2 stick margarine, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. sugar and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash and squash and boil until done. Drain excess water and add 1/2 stick margarine and mash.
Mix egg, sugar and Pet milk.
Pour into hot squash, stirring fast. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350Β° until firm (20 to 30 minutes). Sprinkle with grated cheese and melt.
