Baked Spiced Fruit
Baked Spiced Fruit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lg. can apricot halves, 1 lg. can pear halves, 1 lg. can peach halves, 1 lg. can pineapple chunks and 1 lg. jar maraschino cherries, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain the first 4 ingredients, reserving 2 cups mixed juice. Arrange fruit in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan.
Combine juice and remaining ingredients, except pecans in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over fruit and top with pecans.
Bake at 450Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve hot.
