Baked Snapper
Baked Snapper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. whole snapper or snapper steaks, 1/2 c. olive oil, 4 onions, chopped, 4 cloves garlic and 1 bunch celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put all ingredients except fish in a large skillet and cook until tender.
Place fish in a baking pan and add a little extra olive oil over the fish, then pour the prepared ingredients over top of the fish.
Bake 45 minutes.
