Cut prepared potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
Place overlapping slices in oven-to-table 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix butter and oil. Brush slices with mixture.

Bake at 400Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until browned at edges.
Serve immediately.
