Baked Scallops
Baked Scallops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. bay scallops, rinsed and drained, 2 c. crushed ritz crackers, 1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. melted butter, 1/4 c. ketchup and dash of salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine scallops, cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup butter, ketchup, salt, pepper and sugar.
Put into shallow casserole pan.
Combine green onions and 1 tablespoon of butter.
Place on top of scallops.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until brown. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
