Baked Salmon
Baked Salmon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 salmon steaks or filets, 1 c. heavy cream, 2 tbsp. grated onion, 1 1/4 tsp. dill weed and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wipe the 6 pieces of salmon dry and arrange in a well buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle the grated onion and other seasonings over the top of the fish.
Pour all the cream over the fish.
