Baked Pumpkin

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Place butter in 9 x 9-inch or 8 x 8-inch or 7 x 11-inch baking dish and melt while heating oven. Place all ingredients, except cinnamon, in a blender or processor and whirl until smooth.
Pour mixture into melted butter.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon or cinnamon-sugar.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot as side dish or warm or cold as a dessert.
