Baked Potato Soup
Baked Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large baking potatoes, 2/3 c. margarine, 2/3 c. plain flour, 6 c. milk and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bake potatoes at 400Β° for 1 hour.
Cool slightly, cut potatoes in half and scoop out pulp.
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat.
Add flour stirring constantly until smooth.
Cook 1 minute.
Gradually add 6 cups of milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Add potato pulp and other ingredients except sour cream.
Cook until thoroughly heated.
Stir in sour cream.
Serve hot.
