Baked Potato Salad
Baked Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes with jackets, boiled and chilled, 1/2 to 2/3 c. chopped onion, 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 cube butter and 2 (8 oz.) containers sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

After potatoes are chilled, grate.
Add onion and sour cream. Heat cheese, milk and butter.
Add to potato mixture and blend thoroughly with spoon.
Do not use mixer.
Put in an 8 1/2 x 13-inch oblong baking dish.
Bake 1 hour at 325Β°.
