Baked Pork Chops
Baked Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. salad oil, 6 lean pork chops, 1 1/2 c. raw rice, salt and 6 large onion slices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oil in Dutch oven and add pork chops.
Brown both sides. Remove chops and drain off all but 4 tablespoons of fat.
Stir in the raw rice; be sure all grains are coated.
Place pork chops on top of rice, then place 1 slice of onion, a slice of lemon and 1 tablespoon of chili sauce on each chop.
Add tomato juice and Tabasco.
Cover tightly and bake 1 hour or until tender in a 325Β° oven.
