Baked Pineapple
Baked Pineapple is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 3 eggs, beaten, 3/4 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. cornstarch and butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine pineapple with well beaten eggs.
Mix sugar and cornstarch together and add to the egg and pineapple mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into 1-quart baking dish.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes or until firm and brown.
