Baked Oysters
Baked Oysters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) cans oysters, drained (save liquid), 2 c. oyster liquid and cream, combined, 1/2 stick butter or margarine, 2 whole eggs and black pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat eggs in bowl.
Add liquid, cracker crumbs, oysters and pepper; mix well.
Melt butter in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Add to mixture.
Return to baking dish.
Bake in a 350Β° oven until golden brown.
