Baked Orange Roughy
Baked Orange Roughy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 orange roughy fillets (fish), 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. green onions, diced, 1/2 bell pepper, cut lengthwise and 1 tbsp. dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Wash orange roughy; pat dry with paper towel.
Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Let stand for 10 minutes. Coat the fish with mayonnaise.
Arrange the fish on a baking dish. Spread the bell pepper and dill on top of the arranged fish. Bake for 20 minutes or until opaque color of fish appears at 350Β°. Serve hot with steamed rice.
