Baked Onion
Baked Onion is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion (per person), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese (per onion) and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Peel off outer skin and wash.
In a greased casserole, place the onion.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over onions (1 can for 6 onions).
Cover each onion with 1/4 cup of cheese.
Bake in 350Β° oven until fork can pierce onions easily, about 30 minutes.
