Baked Mostaccioli
Baked Mostaccioli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. mild sausage (optional), 4 c. tomato juice with 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 small cans tomato sauce and 1 small can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown sausage and hamburger and drain.
Add to other ingredients and simmer while cooking mostaccioli.
Drain pasta. Mix with sauce.
Add part of mixture to baking dish and cover with grated Mozzarella cheese.
Add remaining mixture and cover with a generous layer of cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in 350Β° oven until cheese is golden brown, about 30 minutes.
