Baked Mostaccioli
Baked Mostaccioli is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 cup uncooked mostaccioli pasta, 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 italian sausages, removed from casing, 2 tbsp. each of chopped onion and green pepper and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook noodles, drain and set aside.
In a skillet, combine meat, pepper, onion and garlic and cook until meat is done.
Drain and add all remaining ingredients except egg and cheeses.
Bring meat sauce to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 -25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine eggs and cheeses.
To assemble, stir pasta into meat sauce.
Place 1/2 in a 1 quart buttered baking dish and spread cheese mixture evenly over top. Top with remaining pasta and bake at 350 degrees for 30 -35 minutes.
