Baked Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, 1 c. water, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1/2 tsp. thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix onion soup and water; simmer 5 minutes.
Pour 2 tablespoons tomato sauce into a cup.
Add garlic salt, thyme, pepper, oregano and parsley; mix well.
Add herb mixture to ground beef and mix until blended.
Add remaining tomato sauce to onion soup mixture. Shape meat into balls into a 2-quart casserole.
Pour soup mixture over meatballs.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for about 45 minutes. Uncover, bake until browned.
