Baked Lasagna
Baked Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 qt. tomato sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes and 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown hamburger and onions in skillet.
Drain.
Put hamburger back in skillet and add tomato sauce and the next 4 ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 3/4 hour.
Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, salt and oregano.
In oblong baking dish, layer 1/2 of the noodles, sauce and cheese mixture; repeat.
Reserve enough sauce for thin layer on top.
Bake at 350Β°, uncovered, for 45 to 55 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
