Baked Lasagna
Baked Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 tbsp. basil and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix together and cook 30 minutes the beef, onion, garlic, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Cook noodles and set aside.
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese together.
In 9 x 13 pan, put 1/2 of the noodles in the bottom. Next, put in 1/2 beef mixture, then 1/2 cheese mixture, then 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat process for second layer.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
