Baked Lasagna
Baked Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 cloves fresh garlic, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 large can tomato purée, 1/2 can water and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute garlic in tablespoon of olive oil (do not brown garlic). Add tomato purée, water, salt, pepper, oregano and sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Brown chopped beef; add parsley, season to taste and add 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
Simmer until all chopped beef is cooked through. Set aside.
Using a 6-quart kettle, boil water (with 1 tablespoon salt added).
When a rolling boil starts, add lasagna.
Cook according to directions on package, drain and blanch with cold water.
