Baked Jello Mochi
Baked Jello Mochi is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot jello, 1 (16 oz.) box mochiko, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (12 oz.) can kern's apricot nectar and 1 (12 oz.) can water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all the ingredients together until there are no lumps. Pour mixture into a well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Leave foil on for 10 minutes after removing from the oven.
Do not cut into pieces for 24 hours.
