Baked Hash Browns
Baked Hash Browns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes (frozen), 1 can cream of potato soup (undiluted), 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted), 1/2 c. milk and 1 to 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Scrub and cut up potatoes (amount needed for your family). Put a small amount of water in a casserole dish.
Pour melted butter over potatoes in casserole dish.
Use 1/4 cup butter for 4 to 6 people.
Add salt and pepper and parsley, if desired.
Bake about 1 hour.
Stir to coat potatoes.
This recipe can also be microwaved.
