Baked Hash Brown Potatoes
Baked Hash Brown Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up and cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Pour frozen potatoes into a 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole.
Heat soup and cream cheese together until smooth.
Stir in sour cream. Pour over potatoes.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/4 hours.
Sprinkle generously with grated Cheddar cheese and continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts in 350Β° oven.
