Baked Ham
Baked Ham is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. ground cloves, 2 tbsp. powdered cinnamon and 2 tbsp. dried mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut rind off ham.
Combine dry ingredients and add enough juice to make a dough that can be rolled over fat.
Cover part of ham with dough.
Put in cold oven.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 to 25 minutes per pound, 4 or 5 hours for a 15 pound ham, basting every 30 minutes.
Take dough off and finish with brown sugar or any favorite way of browning ham.
