Baked Halibut
Baked Halibut is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 thick fillets (halibut), 1 c. chablis wine, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Marinate fillets in wine and salt for 4 hours.
Grease pan. Coat fish in 1 cup bread crumbs.
Put in oven dish.
