Baked Halibut
Baked Halibut is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. halibut steaks or fillets, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, butter and green chilies, chopped and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Lay halibut in bottom of a baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise, 1 to 2 pats of butter, green chilies and Mozzarella cheese.
In a small bowl, melt butter and add crushed Ritz crackers.
Spread mixture over the top of the halibut.
Bake 30 minutes or until fish is done.
