Baked Haddock
Baked Haddock is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. filet of haddock, 1 c. frozen cream of shrimp soup or campbell's shrimp soup with 3/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. butter, 1 tsp. finely chopped onion and 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Arrange fish in dish and spread soup over fish to bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Melt butter, then add to butter finely chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and Ritz crackers. Sprinkle ingredients over fish and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
