Baked Grits
Baked Grits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. water, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. grits, 1 stick oleo and 1 or 2 cans chopped chili peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook first 4 ingredients by adding grits to boiling water containing salt and oleo.
Turn down to low and cook for 5 to 8 minutes (add milk to thin if necessary).
Add chili peppers, grated cheese and beaten egg.
Stir and cover.
Cook at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
