Baked French Toast
Baked French Toast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf french bread, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 c. maple syrup, 10 eggs and 1 1/2 c. half & half (can use evaporated milk), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cube bread and layer half in 9 x 13 pan, which has been sprayed with Pam.
Cut cream cheese into small pieces and scatter across bread.
Cover with remaining bread cubes.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top.
Press down on bread to absorb. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Sift powdered sugar over top and serve with additional syrup.
