Baked Flounder
Baked Flounder is an easy dinner. Made with 6 flounder fillets, 1 1/2 c. thick white sauce, 1 c. cooked shrimp, chopped, 4 tbsp. onion, chopped and 4 tbsp. green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute onion and pepper in margarine until half done.
Add white sauce and shrimp; set aside.
Put heavy foil in baking pan. Lay flounder on foil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread white sauce mixture over fish.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
