Baked Flounder
Baked Flounder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 flounder fillets, 1 c. herbed bread crumbs, 1/2 c. diced onion, 1/4 c. diced celery and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix bread crumbs, onion and celery.
Salt and pepper to taste. Saute in butter until onion and celery are softened.
Place dark skinned fillets in foil-lined pan, divide dressing evenly and top with light skinned fillets.
Place 3 half strips of bacon on top of each.
Place in oven preheated to 450Β° for 45 minutes.
