Baked Fish
Baked Fish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted, 2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice, 2 lb. fish fillets, salt and pepper and 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley, basil or oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine butter and lemon juice.
Dip each fish fillet in butter mixture and arrange in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper and parsley.
Arrange lemon slices over fillets.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
