Baked Fish
Baked Fish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with french dressing, 3 tbsp. margarine, 3/4 c. cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dip fish in dressing.
Melt margarine in flat pan.
Pour part off to be used later.
Roll fish in cracker crumbs and put single layer in pan.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and then chopped onion. Pour remaining margarine over fish.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes. (May be placed under broiler very briefly after baked for a crisper coating.)
