Baked Cushaw
Baked Cushaw is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 hardshell cushaw, 2 sticks margarine and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Wash outside of cushaw; remove all seeds. Do not peel. Cut cushaw into 3-inch pieces.
Place in baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and cover with the melted margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 3/4 to 1 hour.
