Baked Cracker Jack
Baked Cracker Jack is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks oleo, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, pinch of salt and 1/4 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt oleo.
Add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
Boil 5 minutes.
Add soda and cream of tartar.
Stir and pour over popped corn and mix well.
Put in roaster or cookie sheet and bake 1 1/2 hours at 200Β°.
Stir a couple of times while baking. Store in airtight container.
