Baked Crab Cakes
Baked Crab Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise and 1 lb. crab meat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onion and pepper in margarine or butter; do not brown. Cool completely.
Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, mayonnaise and egg; mix well.
Gently fold in crab meat.
Shape into patties and coat with cracker crumbs.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and refrigerate 1 or 2 hours.
Bake in preheated 450Β° oven until lightly browned.
