Baked Corned Beef
Baked Corned Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. corned beef, 1/4 c. water, 2 tbsp. pickling spices, 1 onion, sliced and 1 celery stalk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soak beef in water to cover, for 1/2 hour.
Place a large sheet of foil on a cookie sheet.
Remove beef from water and pat dry.
Place on foil; pour over 1/4 cup water, spices and vegetables.
Seat tightly.
Bake at 300Β° for 4 hours.
