Baked Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 beaten eggs, 4 to 5 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 pt. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix the eggs, sugar, flour, salt and milk together.

Add the corn (liquid drained).

Melt the butter or margarine in the baking dish you are going to use.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Place the baking dish into a shallow pan filled with hot water to within 1-inch of the top of the baking dish.

Add 1/4 cup evaporated milk to the mixture (this will help to brown nicely). Bake at 350Β° for approximately 1 hour.

(A cake tester should emerge clean.)
