Chicken breasts in half and remove skin and fat. Season on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.
Little heavy skillet. Brown chicken slowly on both sides.
Remove chicken from skillet. Add rice to skillet and cook, stirring until rice is slightly brown.
