Butter a
13-inch pan.
Pour cream of chicken and cream of celery soup, water and rice into pan.
Stir to blend. Place chicken on top of rice mixture and sprinkle Lipton onion soup mix over chicken. with aluminum foil.
Bake approximately 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
