Baked Chicken Breasts
Baked Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice (uncle ben's converted rice), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 c. milk and 8 chicken breasts or equivalent number of pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put rice in large baking pan or roaster that has been well-greased.
Mix soups and milk and pour over rice.
Mix all of this well.
Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice and soup mixture. Sprinkle with onion soup.
Cover and let set in refrigerator overnight or same number of hours.
Bake at 325Β° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, covered.
