Baked Chicken
Baked Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cloves garlic, minced, 2 tbsp. bell pepper, chopped fine, 1 tbsp. onion, chopped fine, 1 tsp. parsley and red pepper, black pepper and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix the minced garlic, bell pepper, onion and parsley together with the seasonings.
Clean fryer well.
Rub inside and outside with salt and peppers.
Make slits in meaty sections with sharp knife and stuff minced seasoning mixture into slits, as you would a roast.
Dot with butter.
Place in baking dish or pan and cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove foil and bake another half hour to brown.
