Baked Chicken
Baked Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 whole fryer, 1 c. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. ground pepper, 1 tbsp. garlic salt and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Place fryer (whole) on a baking pan or dish.
Pour soy sauce over chicken and try to brush some inside the stomach.
Sprinkle the garlic salt, then the sugar and lastly the ground pepper all around the chicken.
Place pan in the oven and bake, checking occasionally.
Check every 15 minutes until done and when doing so, brush drippings over and around the chicken.
