Baked Chicken
Baked Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with oil (enough to cover bottom of pan), 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken breast, 1/2 tsp. paprika and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Soak chicken in lemon juice.
Place chicken in shallow glass pan.
Combine salt, pepper and paprika.
Sprinkle over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350°. Cover and bake another 35 minutes, until tender.
