Baked Chicken
Baked Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 frying chicken, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. sesame seed (optional) and 1 onion, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt margarine in pan.
Roll chicken in flour, sesame seed, salt and pepper.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
Take out of oven and turn.
Drain pineapple and add green peppers, chopped onion, olives, chunk pineapple and shrimp.
Mix pineapple juice, soup and chili sauce and pour over chicken.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
The temperature may be lowered after this time and the chicken can be left in the oven for 3/4 to 1 hour.
