Baked Chicken
Baked Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 whole chicken breasts, split or you may substitute 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up, 1 pkg. dried beef slices, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Line 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish with beef slices and place chicken on beef.
Mix soup with sour cream; pour over chicken.
Cover with foil until last 1/2 hour of baking.
Bake 2 hours at 300Β°.
