Baked Cabbage
Baked Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 to 1 1/2 lb.) head cabbage, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Butter a shallow baking dish.
Cut cabbage into 12 wedges.
Pour water into large skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and cabbage.
Cook, covered, over medium heat for 10 minutes; drain well.
Put into baking dish. Sprinkle with mixture of flour, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
Dot with butter.
Pour hot milk over.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
