Baked Brie with Crudites
Baked Brie With Crudites is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. (1/4 stick) unsalted butter, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. minced garlic, 8 oz. brie cheese, rind trimmed and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter in a heavy medium skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic; saute until onion is golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Set aside.
Place Brie and cream cheese (cut in large pieces) in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Medium just until melted, about 2 minutes.
Whisk in onion mixture, sour cream, fresh lemon juice, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
